Les efforts de chimie m\u00e9dicinale se concentrent pour l\u2019instant sur la conception de nouvelles mol\u00e9cules bas\u00e9es sur le ch\u00e9motype actif identifi\u00e9 afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u00e9sir\u00e9es en vue de les tester dans le mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9clinique de souris transg\u00e9nique existant pour d\u00e9montrer  leur efficacit\u00e9.
