Le principal objectif est de mieux comprendre comment les ataxies spastiques progressent au fil du temps afin de bien concevoir des essais de traitement pour ces conditions. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle \u201cpr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019essai&#8221;.
